【Flavor】Organic Strawberry & Almond Raspberry
This cake has two layers of filling:
・Organic Strawberry
A luxurious cake made with organic strawberries. You'll taste a subtle tartness from the strawberries amidst a creamy base.
・Almond Raspberry
A combination of fragrant almond cream and sweet-tart organic raspberries.

Crispy raw chocolate and almonds are also hidden inside the cake for an added accent. Since no white sugar is used, it has a light and refreshing aftertaste.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is made based on the principles of "Raw Cakes." A Raw Cake is a magical cake that elevates the state of your body and mind. The "Raw" in Raw Cake means "uncooked." It's made following the philosophy of "Raw Food," which aims to preserve as much as possible of the valuable enzymes and nutrients found in food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw Cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop for their fillings.
