This cake is made using a "raw cake" preparation method.
Raw cakes are magical cakes that elevate the condition of both your body and mind. "Raw" in raw cake means "unprocessed."
They are made in accordance with the "raw food" philosophy, which aims to preserve as many of the valuable enzymes and nutrients in food as possible.
OPENER Chocolate's raw cakes are made with a filling based on unroasted organic cashews, homemade raw almond milk, and organic fruits. *Only the cookie crust of our cakes is heated.

Cakes are delivered by refrigerated shipping. They are sent in a ribbon-wrapped box, making them a popular choice as a special gift. (Of course, they also make a great treat for yourself!)

How long should I defrost it for?
As a guide, allow 15-20 minutes at room temperature in summer, and 40-50 minutes in winter.
If you leave it slightly frozen, it will have an ice cream cake texture, and if fully thawed, it will have a creamy mouthfeel. Enjoy it at your preferred timing.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes, it will be delivered in a special box with a ribbon. We do not offer noshi (traditional Japanese gift wrapping paper), but we do have a birthday plate option (+200 yen) available.
Do you use wheat, eggs, or milk?
Not used. Made only from plant-based ingredients. Free of wheat, white sugar, eggs, and dairy (gluten-free and vegan-friendly).
How far in advance should I place my order?
We typically ship within 3-5 business days of your order. If you have a desired delivery date, please specify it on the cart screen.
Can I put my favorite characters on the plate?
I'm afraid I cannot let you in.
Can I eat this while pregnant?
Our cakes are made without white sugar, dairy products, or additives, making them a gentle treat that even pregnant individuals can enjoy with peace of mind.

Is it safe for children?
Our cakes are made with natural ingredients and have a gentle sweetness, without using white sugar, dairy products, or additives, so they are designed to be safe for small children to enjoy. However, please read the following precautions.

This cake uses Raw chocolate in some parts for decoration and as an accent.
Cacao in chocolate contains small amounts of stimulants such as caffeine and theobromine. If you are concerned, please have a parent or guardian decide to offer it in small amounts while observing the child's reaction (or avoid the chocolate part).
Also, since it contains nuts (almonds and cashews) and soybeans, if it is being consumed for the first time, please be aware of potential allergies and we recommend starting with a small amount.
To prevent choking, please ensure an adult supervises and that the child eats at their own pace.
