【Flavor】Mixed Berry Yogurt
A refreshing, tart organic mixed berry (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry) and yogurt flavor. Crispy raw chocolate is hidden inside the cake for an accent. The cookie base contains Earl Grey, giving it a delicate aroma. Since no white sugar is used, it has a light and clean aftertaste.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the "Raw Cake" method. A Raw Cake is like a magical cake that elevates your physical and mental state. "Raw" in Raw Cake means "uncooked." It is made according to the principles of "raw food," which aims to preserve as many valuable enzymes and nutrients in food as possible. OPENER Chocolate's Raw Cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
