【Flavor】Mixed Berry Yogurt
A refreshingly tart flavor of organic mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries) and yogurt. Crisp raw chocolate is hidden inside the cake for an accent. The cookie base contains Earl Grey, giving it a subtle aroma. Since no white sugar is used, it has a light and clean aftertaste.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is made using the principles of "Raw Cake" preparation. Raw cakes are magical cakes that elevate your physical and mental state. The "Raw" in Raw Cake means "uncooked." They are made in line with the "raw food" philosophy, which aims to preserve as many valuable enzymes and nutrients as possible in food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw Cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
