This is a luxurious three-layer cake featuring subtly sweet and tart organic strawberries and organic raspberries, with a rich and smooth Earl Grey chocolate filling. We've also hidden crisp Raw chocolate inside the cake for an accent. As no white sugar is used, it has a light and refreshing aftertaste.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the "Raw Cake" method of preparation. Raw cakes are like magic cakes that can elevate your physical and mental state. "Raw" in Raw cake means "unprocessed." They are made according to the principles of "raw food," which aims to preserve as many valuable enzymes and nutrients as possible in the food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
