What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is made based on the principles of "Raw Cake." A Raw Cake is like a magical cake that elevates the state of your body and mind. "Raw" in Raw Cake means "unprocessed." It is made in accordance with the concept of "raw food," which aims to preserve as much as possible of the valuable enzymes and nutrients found in food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw Cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
