What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the methods for making "Raw Cakes." Raw cakes are like magical cakes that elevate the state of your body and mind. "Raw" in raw cake means "unprocessed" or "living." They are made according to the principles of "raw food," which aim to preserve as much as possible of the valuable enzymes and nutrients found in food. OPENER Chocolate's raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews for the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our studio.
