A refreshing, tangy flavor of organic mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) and yogurt. The cake contains crunchy raw chocolate inside for an added accent. Since no white sugar is used, there's no sticky aftertaste, leaving a clean, refreshing finish.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the creation method of "Raw Cakes." Raw cakes are like magic cakes that can elevate your physical and mental state. "Raw" in Raw Cake means "unprocessed." They are made according to the principles of "raw food," which aims to preserve as much as possible of the precious enzymes and nutrients in food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw Cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk prepared in our workshop.
