【Flavor】Organic Strawberry & Almond Raspberry
This cake has two layers of filling:
・Organic Strawberry
A cake luxuriously made with organic strawberries. You can feel a subtle tartness of strawberries amidst a milky flavor.
・Almond Raspberry
A combination of fragrant almond cream and sweet-sour organic raspberries.

Crispy Raw chocolate and almonds are also hidden inside the cake for an accent. Since no white sugar is used, the aftertaste is light and refreshing.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is created based on the principles of "Raw Cakes." Raw cakes are like magic, enhancing the state of your body and mind. "Raw" in Raw cake means "uncooked." They are made according to the "raw food" philosophy, which aims to preserve as much as possible of the valuable enzymes and nutrients found in food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews for the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
