This luxurious cake features two layers: subtly sweet and tart organic strawberry and rich, smooth almond chocolate filling.

・Strawberry Filling: Luxuriously made with organic strawberries. A subtly sweet and tart filling.

・Almond Chocolate Filling
A filling made with organic almonds and cacao. The fragrant aroma of almonds spreads gently, harmonizing with the rich taste of chocolate.

Crispy Raw chocolate is also hidden inside the cake for an accent. Since no white sugar is used, the aftertaste is light and refreshing.

What is Raw Cake?
This cake is made based on the method of "Raw cake." Raw cake is a magical cake that elevates the state of your body and mind. "Raw" in Raw cake means "uncooked." It is made following the concept of "Raw food," which aims to preserve as much as possible of the valuable enzymes and nutrients in food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
