【Flavor】Mixed Berry Yogurt
A refreshing blend of tart organic mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries) and yogurt. Crisp raw chocolate is hidden inside the cake for an accent. The cookie base contains Earl Grey for a subtle aroma. As no white sugar is used, it has a light and clean aftertaste.

What is Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the principles of "Raw Cake" making. Raw cakes are magical cakes that can elevate your physical and mental state. The "Raw" in Raw Cake means "uncooked." They are made according to the philosophy of "raw food," which aims to preserve as much as possible of the precious enzymes and nutrients found in food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw Cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews for the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
