A mint-infused filling with a crunchy accent of special raw (unheated) chocolate. This is a chocolate mint treat unique to a raw chocolate shop, packed with plenty of Raw chocolate. Since no white sugar is used, it has a light and refreshing aftertaste.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is made based on the principles of "Raw Cakes." Raw cakes are like magical cakes that can elevate your physical and mental state. The "Raw" in Raw cake means "live" or "uncooked." They are made according to the concept of "raw food," which aims to preserve as many valuable enzymes and nutrients in food as possible. OPENER Chocolate's Raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our studio.
