A refreshing orange sauce made from pesticide-free Tankan oranges from Yakushima, peeled in our workshop, and a small amount of beet molasses sugar.

We use Arriba cacao, also known as the "King of Aromas," which accounts for less than 2% of the world's cacao distribution.

・Special Fromage Base
A guilt-free, enticing vegan cheesecake base made by straining homemade soy milk yogurt, crafted from organic soy milk.

Recommended Way to Enjoy

Please enjoy it in a semi-thawed state. If thawed for a shorter time, it will be like an ice cream cake; if thawed for longer, it will be creamier and richer. During this season, about 20 minutes out of the freezer at room temperature is a good guide.

First, move it to the refrigerator about 1 hour in advance, then take it out of the refrigerator about 10 minutes before serving and enjoy when ready.

Take it out of the freezer at least 15 minutes before serving and enjoy when ready.
