「セレモニアルカカオ」について
About Ceremonial Cacao
Special cacao, known as "food of the gods" since the ancient Mayan and Aztec eras, has been treasured and used in rituals and prayers.
It is cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilizers and specially prepared to retain its natural flavor and energy, free from unnecessary processing or additives.
Said to relax the mind and body and sharpen the senses, it has become a beloved beverage worldwide in recent years, accompanying activities like yoga, meditation, and journaling.
We hope this special cacao brings you moments to slowly savor your own senses amidst your busy daily life.

Rare "Ariba Variety"
The cacao used is the "Arriba Nacional" variety, grown in Ecuador. This rare native species, considered the "original" form of cacao, evokes the sacredness of cacao passed down from ancient times. It is also characterized by its elegant aroma and mild bitterness, making it perfect for beverages.

RAW (Unheated) & Organic
We use cacao processed using a raw method, unheated at temperatures below 48°C, which is said to retain the cacao's natural enzymes, antioxidants, and other nutrients. Furthermore, it is grown using organic farming methods that are gentle on both the earth and our bodies.
*USDA ORGANIC and European BIO certified

Ethical sourcing
We use cacao traded at fair prices (1.5 to 2 times the usual price) from small-scale farmers in Ecuador. We source from companies that actively support farmers with equipment introduction and farming methods. We deliver the energy and passion of carefully cultivated cacao beans, which cannot be achieved through mass production, directly to you.

Plant-based / No refined sugar
Absolutely no animal products are used. To enhance the depth of the cacao, a small amount of organic coconut sugar is added for a gentle sweetness. Furthermore, aromatic herbs and spices are kneaded in, allowing you to enjoy an experience where each bite is enveloped in fragrance.
