【Flavor】Mixed Berry Yogurt & Strawberry
A two-layer cake consisting of:
① Mixed Berry Yogurt
A mellow and refreshingly tart flavor of organic mixed berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry) and soy milk yogurt.
② Strawberry
A milky, sweet, and sour flavor using an abundance of organic strawberries.

Crisp Raw chocolate is also hidden inside the cake for an accent. Since no white sugar is used, you can enjoy a light and clean aftertaste.

*Only the cookie base is baked.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the principles of "Raw Cake" making. A Raw Cake is a magical cake that elevates your physical and mental state. "Raw" in Raw Cake means "raw" or "uncooked." It is made in line with the "raw food" philosophy, which aims to preserve as much as possible the valuable enzymes and nutrients of the food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
