【Flavor】Chocolate Mint
A flavorful mint filling with the crunchy accent of our special raw (unheated) chocolate. This chocolate mint, generously filled with Raw chocolate, is unique to a Raw chocolate shop. Since no white sugar is used, it has a light and refreshing aftertaste.
*Only the cookie base is heated.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the making of "Raw cakes." A Raw cake is like a magical cake that elevates the state of your body and mind. The "Raw" in Raw cake means "uncooked." It is made in line with the "raw food" concept of preserving as much as possible of the valuable enzymes and nutrients in food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
