A chocolate mint cake unique to a Raw chocolate shop, featuring a mint-scented filling with the crunchy accent of special raw (unheated) chocolate, packed with plenty of Raw chocolate. Since no white sugar is used, it has a light and refreshing aftertaste.

What is Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the method of making "Raw Cake." Raw cake is a magical cake that elevates the state of your body and mind. "Raw" in Raw cake means "uncooked." It is made according to the principles of "raw food," which aims to preserve as many valuable enzymes and nutrients as possible from the food. OPENER Chocolate's Raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
