⚫︎Two Mini Whole Cakes

Based on the concept of "raw cake," these cakes are made with raw organic cashews and raw organic almond milk squeezed in our workshop. They are a new type of cake meant to be enjoyed semi-frozen, like ice cream cake. Please enjoy them 10-20 minutes after taking them out of the freezer and leaving them at room temperature.

①Matcha Chocolate & Yuzu

A combination of matcha chocolate batter made with generous amounts of organic matcha and raw cacao, and refreshingly tart yuzu (pesticide-free). Crispy matcha raw chocolate and yuzu peel are added inside the cake for an accent.

②Berry Berry & Earl Grey Chocolate

A luxurious three-layer cake with subtly sweet and tart organic strawberries & organic raspberries, and a rich, smooth Earl Grey chocolate filling. The gentle sweetness and tartness of strawberries and the fragrant tartness of raspberries melt together with the chocolate.

⚫︎Petite Cream Sandwiches

These vegan and gluten-free cream sandwiches are wonderfully creamy yet light in aftertaste. They consist of gluten-free cookies made primarily from naturally cultivated rice flour and organic almond flour, with a dairy-free cream filling.

①Rum Raisin

Light cream accented with rum raisins. A classic popular flavor.
