A cake with a two-layer filling of matcha and yuzu. The creamy matcha chocolate pairs perfectly with the refreshing aroma and tartness of yuzu.

・Matcha Filling: A creamy filling with a hint of bitterness, made with organic matcha.

・Yuzu Filling: A refreshingly tart filling made with pesticide-free yuzu.

Crispy matcha raw chocolate and yuzu peel are hidden inside the cake for an accent. As no white sugar is used, the aftertaste is light and refreshing.

What is a Raw Cake?
This cake is made based on the principles of "Raw Cake." A raw cake is a magical cake that elevates your physical and mental state. "Raw" in raw cake means "unprocessed." It is made following the concept of "raw food," which aims to preserve as much as possible the valuable enzymes and nutrients found in food. OPENER Chocolate's raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
