A cake with two layers of filling: matcha and yuzu. The refreshing aroma and tartness of yuzu perfectly complement the creamy matcha chocolate.

・Matcha Filling: A creamy filling with a hint of bitterness, made with organic matcha.

・Yuzu Filling: A refreshingly tart filling made with pesticide-free yuzu.

Crispy matcha raw chocolate and yuzu peel are hidden inside the cake for an accent. Since no white sugar is used, the aftertaste is light and refreshing.

What is Raw Cake?
This cake is based on the principles of "Raw Cake" making. Raw cakes are magical cakes that enhance your physical and mental well-being. "Raw" in raw cake means "unprocessed." They are made according to the "raw food" philosophy, which aims to preserve as many valuable enzymes and nutrients in food as possible. OPENER Chocolate's Raw cakes are based on unroasted organic cashews in the filling and homemade raw almond milk made in our workshop.
