Tankan is a hybrid variety of Ponkan and orange, a slightly more refreshing citrus than mandarins. Leveraging its refreshing tartness, it offers a harmony of tartness and sweetness, unlike overly sweet candied orangettes. The exquisite chewiness of the peel provides an addictive texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e・Uses beet molasses sugar instead of white sugar\u003cbr\u003eThe peel is made using beet sugar, which has a milder sweetness than \"white sugar\" such as superfine or granulated sugar. Beet sugar is made from beets and is said to warm the body.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e・Uses rare Arriba Cacao Raw Chocolate\u003cbr\u003eThe chocolate coating the orangettes is our special homemade Raw chocolate. We use Arriba cacao, said to be a rare cacao that accounts for only about 2% of the world's cacao production.
