Tankan is a hybrid variety of Ponkan and orange, with a slightly more refreshing citrus flavor than mandarin oranges. By utilizing its refreshing tartness, you can enjoy a harmony of sourness and sweetness, unlike overly sweet candied orangettes. The exquisite firmness of the peel, which provides a satisfying bite, is an addictive texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e・Uses beet sugar instead of white sugar\u003cbr\u003eFor making the peel, we use beet sugar, which has a milder sweetness than \"white sugar\" such as superfine sugar or granulated sugar.
